In the second photo...........


1- The forearms and elbows are rested on the table, resulting in less activation of the upper trapezius muscles whilst working. 



2- There is an extra box under the laptop riser to elevate the laptop to the correct eye level height. (Except when you wear varifocal glasses and the top of the text should be at nose level.)



3-The laptop screen is at a more suitable distance away from the user (arms length). But this is a rough estimation and can vary.
